As first time homebuyers, Stefanie made us feel comfortable enough to become buyers in less than a month. Her knowledge and expertise were the only reason we felt confident in buying a home in El Paso. We loved working with her!

We first met Stefanie when we purchased the home on Cecil Pl in 2020. We did an extensive interview with her to make sure she was someone we felt would look after our needs and wants. She is very open and honest. She works hard for her clients and I would recommend her BEFORE anyone else.

There was no big thought as to whom we wanted to sell our home in 2023. We knew she was going to work for us and do all in her power to be able to get us what we wanted or at least as close to what we wanted from our sale. She did a fantastic job at marketing the home from the pictures to videos the the sale itself. She makes recommendations but never pushed us one way or another. She made us feel like we were important to her and not just a business transition.

Stefanie is and will always be more than just a realtor to us, she has become more like family and that is what we were looking for from day one.

I didn't know a THING about buying or selling properties and she spent HOURS of her time to sit down and go over the details with me. I don't remember her ever saying "I don't know.." or "I'll get you an answer for that later." She always had a quality answer, and that kept me confident that I was in good hands. When

I've dealt with other businesses or services, communication is usually kind of clunky manifested by waiting a few days for a response, having to follow up personally. But communication with Stefanie was always open, clear and honest. She would tell me if I was making a dumb decision and would recommend a smarter, more calculated approach that always gave me a sense of clarity on the situation. Like I've said before, I didn't know much about the process, housing market, or how the various ins and outs of the finances even work. I know I was difficult and probably annoying to deal with at times, but she always could set aside time to help me. I'm a disabled veteran and she was able to point me in the right direction to seek out benefits that also made the whole process easier.

After I had bought the place I'm 2016, she continued to have communication with me, wishing happy holidays and sending homeowners resources.
